Personal information will only be shared under the following conditions both during and after you are a Florida WiFi, LLC subscriber: 1. when a subscriber requests or gives permission to do so, 2. when required or permitted by federal, state, or local law or regulation, 3. when fraud or dishonesty is suspected, 4. when we retain legal counsel or a collection agency to collect on an overdue account.
