\nThis\nAcceptable Use Policy (“Acceptable Use”) is a guide to the\ntolerable use of USER accounts and the Services provided by Florida\nWiFi, LLC. It is an integral part of the Customer Agreement entered\ninto between Florida WiFi, LLC and USER; any violation of this\nAcceptable Use is subject to sanction including, without limitation,\na warning e-mail, suspension of USER’s Account, or termination of\nUSER’s Account, in Florida WiFi, LLC’s sole discretion. In the event\nthat USER’s account is suspended or terminated as a result of\nviolations, reconnection charges may apply if Florida WiFi, LLC\nelects to re-enable the account. Terms not defined herein may have\nadditional meaning set forth in the Customer Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nGeneral\nGuidelines:<\/strong> Florida WiFi, LLC provides its customers with\naccess to people throughout the world using connections with networks\noutside Florida WiFi, LLC. In general, it is the responsibility of\nthose networks to enforce their own acceptable use policies. Florida\nWiFi, LLC will inform its customers of any restrictions in the use of\nnetworks to which it is directly connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nFlorida\nWiFi, LLC accepts no responsibility for traffic originating on its\nown network, whether posted by any USER. Florida WiFi, LLC will use\nreasonable efforts to notify USER if USER’s use of the Services\nviolates the acceptable use policy of any directly or indirectly\nconnected networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nSpecific\nGuidelines:<\/strong> All USERs agree to conform to the following\nguidelines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nIt\nis not acceptable to use the Services for any purpose that violate\nU.S., state or local laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nIt\nis not acceptable to use the Services to transmit threatening,\nobscene, or harassing materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nUse\nshould be consistent with guiding ethical statements and accepted\ncommunity standards. For example, unsolicited advertising is not\nacceptable. Advertising is permitted on some mailing lists and news\ngroups if the mailing list or news group explicitly allows\nadvertising. You may not send unsolicited bulk e-mails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nIt\nis not acceptable to use the Services so as to interfere with or\ndisrupt network users, services, or equipment. Such interference or\ndisruptions include, but are not limited to, distribution of\nunsolicited advertising, propagation of computer worms or viruses,\nand using the network to make unauthorized entry to any other\ncomputational, information, or communications devices or resources,\nincluding but not limited to, any machines accessible via the\nInternet. For example, USER shall not intentionally develop programs\nthat harass other users or infiltrate a computer or computing system\nand\/or damage or alter the software components of a computer or\ncomputing system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nIt\nis assumed that information and resources available via the Services\nare private to those individuals and organizations that own or hold\nrights to those resources and information, unless specifically stated\notherwise by the owners or holders of the rights. It is, therefore,\nnot acceptable for an individual to use the Services to access\ninformation or resources unless permission to do so has been granted\nby the owners or holders of those rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nEmail\nand Web Accounts are for individual users and USER therefore agrees\nnot to share the password or use of the account with others,\nincluding but not limited to other family members or business\nassociates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nNo\nuser may forward or cause to be forwarded to or from any Florida\nWiFi, LLC mail server, any document, email or electronic\ncommunication that could be considered SPAM or unsolicited bulk email\nor any bulk email selling goods or services. No user may cause\nFlorida WiFi, LLC’s mail server(s) to be blacklisted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nNo\nresidential user may run programs or servers that provide network\nservices to others through the a Florida WiFi, LLC Network which\nincludes, but is not limited to, web hosting, multi-user interactive\nforums, game servers, sharing services, operating an internal\nmail\/http\/ftp\/irc\/dhcp server to serve external connections or\nsupport multi-user interactive forums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nNo\nFlorida WiFi, LLC customer shall share it’s bandwidth with any other\nuser not located within it’s own physical household or business\neither by wire or wireless means without the express written\npermission of Florida WiFi, LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nEnforcement:<\/strong> Florida\nWiFi, LLC will review violations of its Acceptable Use Policy on a\ncase-by-case basis. Clear violations that are not promptly remedied\nby USER may result in termination of any or all Services. USER’s use of the Services in\nviolation of this “Acceptable USE”
Material posted on\nthe Internet by USER; or
Any obligations to third parties incurred\nby USER through USER’s use of the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
